The Masters of Ministry (MoM) is designed for those who are already serving in the local church and want to grow in both theological depth and ministry effectiveness. Rather than focusing primarily on academic research, this degree emphasizes practical theology, pastoral leadership, and hands-on ministry application. Through twelve competency-based courses, required local church practicum, and innovative learning experiences, you'll develop the knowledge, character, and skills needed for faithful ministry. Whether you're just beginning your educational journey or have years of ministry experience, the Masters of Ministry recognizes your calling, values your experience, and equips you to serve the Church with confidence for years to come.

Tuition Options:

  • $249/month for 12 months — To be paid consecutively but makes the pricing more manageable.

  • $2,779 — Covers the entire Master’s tuition fee in one shot.

  • $149 per course — Ministerial experience and postgraduate coursework may be submitted for advanced standing in the MOM program, for up to nine of the twelve courses. Approved courses are charged a $149 assessment fee each, in addition to program tuition.

FAQs

  • At the end of the program, the degree awarded will be a Masters of Ministry with partial credit transferability to our academic M/A in Theological Studies.

  • There are 2 options:

    $249 per month for 12 months

    or

    $2,779 one time fee

  • Yes, there is a one-time application fee of $49, as well as four live evaluation fees at $49 each.

    In addition, if you have no Bachelors degree but would like to apply for equivalency, there is an additional $49 application fee.

    Advanced standing in the MoM program is available for $149 per course at a maximum of 9 courses.

  • Although you can complete the degree at your own pace, we encourage you to have it done within 12-18 months.

  • The Masters of Ministry does not require reading and there are no book costs associated with the program.

  • Not necessarily if you have adequate ministry and learning experience. You will be asked to fill out an application to determine if your previous work qualifies in place of a B.A. There will be an additional $49 fee to obtain the equivalency.

  • The admissions team will look over your transcript to see what previous courses you have completed and what advanced standing this might earn you. There is an additional cost associated with granted credit.

  • During the duration of the program, we require that you complete at least 200 hours of logged and verified ministry in your local church.

  • You may fill out the admissions application here which includes prior learning and ministry experience, as well as an application fee. You must also have a transcript sent to our admissions team to verify your bachelor’s standing.

  • We do occasionally offer live courses.

  • Yes. A bachelors in any discipline is sufficient to apply to a Masters of Ministry.
